When we met you by chance in 2007, Rob and I knew that you were the real estate agent for us. You willingly and excitedly took us to more houses than we could count until we finally purchased the right home for our growing family. I would like to just share my positive experience working with Ms. Hedy as a future tenant for her listing. First and foremost, I appreciate her levels of communication whether it was through email, calls, or text messages; Ms. Hedy was able to juggle all forms without missing a beat on the information that was discussed through these mediums. Upon inquiry of the listing to view the unit, she was informative and professional, at the same time that left no questions upon viewing the place. I just wanted to write a few words to express our family's appreciation for all the hard work and dedication Ms. Hartley gave us over months of service. We were lucky enough to be referred to Hedy by a past (very satisfied) client, my brother (Robert Carman Jr.) back in the Spring. He had recently just sold his house with Hedy's help after having some terrible encounters with previous agents. Therefore, when I decided to sell my house, after also having some nightmare experiences with different agents, I was a bit reluctant to try another agent. But per constant positive praising from my brother pertaining to Hedy, I decided to bite the bullet and try. I have to say, from first impressions; I knew Hedy was going to be a perfect match for our needs. She was very professional, but yet and not pushy. One thing I really liked about Hedy was her ability to really listen to our expectations and then, if necessary bring us back to reality in a failing real estate market.
